A photo of the full suit, laid flat.
A photo of the size tag inside the suit.
For each damaged area, two photos: one from about 12 inches away showing the damage plus the fabric around it (at least a hand-width on every side), and one close-up of the damage itself.
Up to 20 photos total.

Tip: natural light, suit laid flat on a solid color surface. The condition of the fabric around the damage is a big part of what we evaluate - so don't crop too tight.

How soon do you need it back?

I understand that my evaluation is based on the photos I provide, that tech suit repairs cannot be guaranteed, that repairs may remain visible, and that not all suits are repairable. If my suit is approved for repair, final repairability is confirmed by hands-on inspection when it arrives.

I understand the $25 evaluation fee is non-refundable and is credited toward my repair if I approve the estimate. If my suit is found unrepairable after arrival, my repair charge is fully refunded.
