Complete our online Repair Evaluation Request and mail us your clean, dry tech suit. Once it arrives, we'll inspect the damage and determine whether a repair is recommended. You'll receive an email with our evaluation, repair recommendations, and a price quote before any work begins.

Our Professional Evaluation Fee is $39. This covers receiving your suit, inspecting the damage, assessing repairability, preparing your repair estimate, and communicating our recommendations.

If you choose not to move forward after receiving your estimate, you may have your suit returned or authorize Tech Suit Rescue to dispose of it. Return shipping fees apply when a suit is shipped back.

We try to complete approved repairs within 3 to 7 business days after estimate approval. Every bonded repair requires a minimum 48-hour curing period before the suit can be safely returned.

Yes. All suits must arrive clean and completely dry. For health and safety reasons, Tech Suit Rescue reserves the right to decline evaluation or return suits that arrive soiled or damp.
